Nancy Miller Frank has a BA from the University of Missouri, Columbia, an MBA from Idaho State University, and a Ph.D. from the University at Albany.

Dr. Frank has taught at the University at Albany and  at SUNY-Empire State College.

Her articles appear in the Journal of Human Resource Management; International Journal of Human Resources Development & Management; International Journal of Leadership & Organizational Development; and the Proceedings of the Academy of Management: Competing Values Framework for Comporate Communication: Theoretical and Practical Implications and Roles Women Transform, Roles  Women Play. Her work also appears as book chapters Advances in Global High-Technology Management: Public Policy and the Management of Innovation in Technology-Based Entrepreneurship, and Psychology of Women: A Handbook of Issues and Theories Second Edition   In addition to presenting at numerous conferences, she  has accepted frequent invitations to present as guest lecture

Prior to earning her Ph.D., Dr. Frank worked in the field of information systems for McDonnell-Douglas Automation, Bendix Corporation, Westinghouse Corporation, and General Dynamics.

Dr. Frank is an active member of the Academy of Management, and a past member of IEEE Engineering Management Society
